Added Color is a three-piece alternative rock band based in Brooklyn, NY. Born in the chaos and beauty of São Paulo, Brazil, brothers Daniel and Kiko Soares grew up immersed in the country’s rich musical rhythms. After relocating to Brooklyn, they met Tim Haggerty, and together they formed Added Color — a hard-hitting, emotionally charged project blending modern rock with industrial, electronic, new wave, and Brazilian influences.
Since 2024, the band has sold over 5,000 physical albums and amassed more than 3 million streams — all as a fully independent act.
Added Color has performed in over 30 U.S. states and toured internationally in Canada, Brazil, and Morocco (six times), where they headlined L’Boulevard Festival for 10,000 people. They’ve shared stages with Muse, Suicidal Tendencies, and Soulfly, and were handpicked by Joe Duplantier of Gojira to be featured in his Silver Cord Sessions.
The band recently wrapped production on their upcoming 13-song album, “Animal,” with producer Anton DeLost (The Warning, Highly Suspect), set for release this year.
Added Color stands out with three dynamic lead vocalists, delivering rich harmonies over a crushing and cinematic sonic backdrop. Their music has been praised by Melissa Cross, who called them “a bright light only a few artists possess,” while Red Bull Music described them as “an experimental kind of rock with exquisite and impeccable arrangement.”
